At The Dial Club, we aim for fairness in every competition. Our refund terms are outlined below:

• Refunds are available only before a competition winner is announced.
• If a competition is cancelled, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Entries with incorrect or duplicate information will be disqualified and are not eligible for a refund.
• Once a winner is declared, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
